Virtually all Poskim agree that after learning all night, one can continue learning after alos hashachar, even though one has not yet heard birchos haTorah that (new) day.
So if you are not going to sleep at alos (and waking up for the 8:20 AM davening), get back to your learning—you still have about an hour to go!!
