Eizehu mekoman shel zevachim…are Mishnayos that describe in detail the laws of the various korbonos that were brought in the Beis HaMikdash. If you say it with focus and concentration, it is considered as if you brought the korbonos. It is included in shacharis to ensure that one learns Torah each and every day. It should be said—and if not before shacharis, then after. Women need not say it.

Shulchan Aruch Yoreh De’ah 246:17 rules that idle talk is forbidden in a Shul or Beis Medrash —even saying the equivalent of gezuntheit when someone sneezes is ossur! The Perisha suggests being lenient, since people tend to talk anyway, we might as well allow gezuntheit.

The Taz says–WHAT!??!!?Let the Rav use the issue of not even saying gezuntheit to teach the lesson of how wrong it is to talk idly in Shul!!!Even gezuntheit is ossur!
