If on Shabbos Rosh Chodesh, one said the proper beracha in Mussaf (atta yatzarta), but concluded the beracha with only ‘mekadesh HaShabbos’, MB rules that you are yotzei, but the A.H. and others are very emphatic that you are NOT yotzei.
So please be careful.
Moshe Rabbeinu’s being commanded by HaShem to remove his shoes when he saw the mar’eh ha’s’neh was because it was at a mokom kodosh, and is the source for not going with shoes onto Har HaBayis; it is because of all the accumulated dirt on one’s shoe.(There are other,more kabbalistic reasons as well)
Look what kovod is expected of us in a mokom kodosh!
