Tefilla Halacha

If the chazzan forgets to say the aneinu berachah in shemoneh esrei on a fast day:

• If he did not yet say shem haShem at the conclusion of the next berachah, he goes back to aneinu.
• If he already said shem haShem, he continues, says “aneinu” in shema koleinu, and concludes that berachah in the normal fashion: “…shomei’ah tefillah.”
