The order of priorities in pesukei d’zimrah on Shabbos (in order to make tefillah b’tzibur) is:

• Baruch she’amar, ashrei, nishmas (through yishtabach)
• The entire weekday p’sukei d’zimrah (in the order required any weekday when choosing priority)
• Lamenatze’ach (Psalm 19); l’Dovid (Psalm 34); tefilah l’Moshe (Psalm 90)
• the remaining parts
