Shabbos Bulletin Parshas Beha’aloscha 5779
If while saying birkos hashachar, one had a slip of the tongue and said a different conclusion to the berachah one is reciting than was intended:
- If one did not previously recite the berachah that one mistakenly said now, then just leave it. No correction is necessary.
- If one did previously recite the berachah, then one must immediately correct oneself and say the intended conclusion. If it is already after “k’dei dibbur“, one should just say “Baruch shem k’vod…”
