Terumah Bulletin in PDF format
The minhag to raise one’s heels when saying kadosh, kadosh, kadosh (3 times), when saying baruch kevod (once), and when saying yimloch HaShem (once) actually started before Judy Garland, and is meant to imitate the mal’achim who fly upwards when singing the praises of HaShem.
It is highly recommended for everyone to attend this Thursday night’s chidon for children on Hilchos Beis HaK’nesses. It will be exciting (run like a spelling bee), impressive (questions asked by the author of the sefer Mikdash Dovid on these Halachos), and most of all–YOU will learn these Halachos as well! Thursday night, in the Shul, 7:15 pm
