If one started to say shalom rav instead of sim shalom, if he or she did not say the shem HaShem at the end of the beracha, the person should begin again from sim shalom. If that shem HaShem was said– just continue.
If one began to say sim shalom when shalom rav was called for, he or she should just continue the beracha.
