Vayeitzei Bulletin in PDF format
If a person comes late to Shul (it happens…), and follows the halachos of priority in saying parts of p’sukei d’zimra; then when getting up to yishtabach sees that there is more time than estimated, the person may go back (before saying yishtabach) and say additional sections of p’sukei d’zimra, even though the order in the siddur is not being followed.
A Rav or anyone who has a regularly scheduled shiur, or derasha, or Torah talk, is allowed to talk with his back to the aron kodesh.
