Shabbos Bulletin Parshas Ki Seitzei 5778

Maseches Sofrim brings an old Yerushalayim minhag to take a bar-mitzvah boy around to various chachomim and zekeinim to bless him and empower him; and so that they should daven for him to grow in Torah and mitzvohs.
