When 2 sifrei Torah are to be used, and the second one was mistakenly placed first on the bima, it should be removed and changed for the other sefer Torah . This is not considered disrespectful to the sefer Torah, since it will be used for the second reading. This applies even if the wrong sefer was already opened.

If a person whom people look up to talks (inappropriately) in Shul, he is guilty not only of the aveirah itself (of talking in Shul) but of the very severe aveirah of Chillul HaShem.
