When reciting the berachos over the Torah upon receiving an aliyah, care must be taken to recite them in at-the-very-least a loud-enough voice that a minimum of nine other people can hear them.

Lechatchilah the berachos should be made in a way that all can hear and respond.

If less than nine others heard them, it is questionable if the berachos are at all valid.
