Shabbos Bulletin Parshas Devarim (Chazon) – Tisha B’Av 5778

Someone who forgets to say ”nacheim” in the berachah of “v’liYerushalayim” at Minchah on the fast of Tisha B’Av, and remembers after concluding the berachah, should say it in the berachah of retzei, just before “v’sechezenah”, but should say the regular conclusion of the berachah of retzei.

Even a person not fasting should say “nacheim.”

If he/she is bentching, “nacheim” should be said before the words “u’venei Yerushalayim”.
