The chazzan must wait until most of the tzibbur have finished answering amein before going on to the next berachah. If the minority who have not finished yet are not unduly stretching their amein out, he should wait for them as well. The chazzan should also pause while the tzibbur says baruch hu u’varuch shemo, so that the tzibbur can hear the concluding words of the berachah, and also to enable the tzibbur to answer amein immediately after he concludes the berachah.
Special care must be taken to show proper kavod towards the sefer Torah from when it is taken out from the Aron until it is placed on the bimah.
