“Whole Hallel” is said every day of Chanukah. This is because every day was another ness. According to many opinions, women are technically exempt (though they may say it, and with a berachah). According to some, they are obligated to do so, just as they are obligated in the mitzvah of hadlakas neiros Chanukah. Although Hallel should be said immediately following shacharis, it may be said the entire day.
Remember that great care should be taken to say carefully every single word of Hallel. Otherwise, not only is one not yotzei, but there is a serious question of a berachah l’vatalah.
