Gemora
Kollel Iyun. Join real kollel learning every day (Sun-Thu), anytime from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, with a chabura given once a week.
Gemora Iyun with Rav Tzvi Avraham Maslin. Intermediate-level, pedagogic shiur for people with basic learning skills who would like to go on to the next level. This interactive shiur is given daily (Sun-Thu) from 9:00-10:00 AM.
Gemora Iyun with Rav Barak Saffer. Preparation of the sugyos in intense, but very guided, iyun, using supplied מראי מקומות. The בני חבורה learn בחברותא every night to prepare the sugyos. In the twice-a-week shiur, Rav Saffer expands your horizons via a step-by-step, “lomdushe” analysis. Nightly preparation from 8:45-10:15 PM with shiur on Monday from 9:15-10:15 PM and on Thursday from 8:45-9:45 PM.
Gemora Iyun with Rav Shimon Isaacson. Dig into the core issues of a sugya with the explanations of the Rishonim. Chavrusa learning, with provided מראי מקומות, takes place every night (Sun-Thu) from 9:15-10:15 PM, and culminates with an interactive shiur on Tuesday night.
Gemora Shiur with Rav Yechiel Nussbaum. Gain a “Daf-yomi” level understanding of the text with the advantage of built-in חזרה. Daily (Sun-Thu) from 6:10 until the 7:00 AM Shacharis.
Daf Yomi. A classic Daf Yomi shiur. Given daily (Sun-Thu) at 9 AM and again, an hour beforeתפילת מנחה גדולה.
Pilpul Mini-Shiur with Rav Tzvi Avraham Maslin. A “pilpul” mini-shiur on a topic from the weekly sedra. Thursday night from 10:30-11:00 PM.
Musar and Hashkafa
Ein Yaakov with HoRav Malinowitz. Analysis of the aggados of Shas based on the עין יעקב. This interactive shiur is given every Shabbos afternoon in the winter, 50 minutes before תפילת מנחה קטנה.
Chovos Halevovos with HoRav Malinowitz. A mini-shiur in ספר חובות הלבבות, going through the ספר. This 15-minute shiur is given every night (Sun-Thu) from 8:45-9:00 PM.
Oneg Shabbos with HoRav Malinowitz. This informal Oneg is an opportunity to ask the Rav about anything and everything, We meet every other Leil Shabbos in the winter, after your se’uda until about 11:00 PM, around the Baum family Shabbos table at Nachal Alexander 11/2.
Maharal on Pirkei Avos—Sefer Derech Hachaim with HoRav Malinowitz. The Rav learns classic Maharal מחשבה, but applied to the משניות of Pirkei Avos. Every Shabbos afternoon, between ראש השנה and פסח after Tefillas Mincha Ketana until about 25 minutes before שקיעה.
Halocha
Halocha P’suka with HoRav Malinowitz. A very short statement of commonly needed, but not such well-known halachos. This “60-second” shiur is given every night (Sun-Thu) after the 8:30 PM Ma’ariv.
Mishna B’rura with HoRav Malinowitz. A shiur in הלכה that combines the sources and a bit of iyun to reach הלכה למעשה for today. This 20-minute shiur is given every night (Sun-Thu) from 9:00-9:20 PM.
Shulchan Aruch “Yomi” with an experienced magid shiur. Make your way through שולחן ערוך, on aבאר היטב/ערוך השולחן level, at the pace of about one סימן a day. Currently learning אבן העזר. Every night (Sun-Thu) from 8:45-9:45 PM and Shabbos afternoons, an hour before תפילת מנחה קטנה.
TaNach
Nach with HoRav Malinowitz. An in-depth analysis of the פסוקים and the story. This interactive shiur is given every Shabbos, 30 minutes before Shacharis.
Parshas Hashavua with Rav Yehoshua Landau. השקפה and מוסר from the parsha. Given on Friday morning from 9:30-10:30 AM. For all ages and everyone.
Highlights of the Parsha with Rav Harry Greenspan. Torah for the Shabbos table. This shiur, on Thursday nights at 10:30 PM, is part of our Mishmar program.
Other
Gemora Skills with Rav Harry Greenspan. This skill-building shiur uses the gemora text and Rashi to focus on basic vocabulary, structure, and techniques. Daily (Sun-Thu) from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM.
Torah Ulpan with Rav Yoel Steiner. Learn conversational Hebrew while discussing limudei kodesh. Daily (Sun-Thu) from 10:30- 11:30 AM.
Kabbolas Shabbos Learning. Join various 15-minute shiurim that are given between קבלת שבת and מעריב, or learn by yourself. There are small chaburos learning הלכות שבת, פרשת השבוע, and more. Or, start a chabura of your own. Every Leil Shabbos, between קבלת שבת and מעריב.
Avos U’banim. Fathers and sons take part in the worldwide Avos U’banim program. Takes place on מוצאי שבת or before תפילת מנחה קטנה, depending on season. Treats at every session and even occasional pizza!
Youth
Gemora for Boys with R’ Mordechai Bernstein. A gemora shiur tailored for kids to learn and enjoy. This shiur, for boys in 6th-8th grade, is given every Monday and Wednesday night from 9:00-9.45 PM.
Mishnayos for Boys with R’ Mordechai Bernstein. A mishna shiur tailored for kids to learn and enjoy. The nightly (Sun-Thu) shiur is from 8:00-8:30 PM, preceded by review time with R’ Bernstein from 7:45 PM.
Women
Hilchos Shabbos with Rebbetzin Malinowitz. A Hilchos Shabbos shiur going through the מלאכות of Shabbos. This shiur is appropriate for all women, and it is given every Shabbos afternoon, immediately after the community women’s shiur.
Chovos Halevovos–Sha’ar HaBitachon with HaRav Malinowitz. Practical everyday applications of ביטחון to relationships and situations. This interactive shiur is appropriate for all women. The shiur is given every Sunday evening from 9:15-10:00 PM at the home of Mrs. Schaeffer, Nachal Maor 12/1.
Learning Sedarim
Kollel Boker Morning Seder. The perfect place for Ba’alei Batim, Avreichem and others to be קובע עתים in the morning. Our bustling and comfortable (air conditioned!) בית מדרש features coffee, cake, a sweet Kol Torah, and plenty of seforim, too! If you are serious about your commitment, there are stipends available, too. For more details, contact Naftali Rischall at 052-768-7013.

Mishmar. Our Thursday night Mishmar is a time for everyone to get together and end the work week with לימוד התורה and light refreshments (many times, cholent, too!). Catch up on lost time, add some extra chazzora, or learn with a chavrusa, as you wish. There are also various shiurim that take place during Mishmar. Mishmar takes place on Thursday night from 10:30 PM-midnight. You can also have a part in other people’s learning by sponsoring Mishmar refreshments.
